As the title, this is the gearbox from my mk1 Octavia vRS that I've had to break for parts due to clutch and turbo failure. Has covered 154233 miles and had genuine oil and O/S driveshaft seal at 147453 miles. The oil is still in the box. However, although I would have happily carried on using the car as normal had the clutch not gone, I'm listing this box as spares or repair, as the diff bearings feel a little rough when turning by hand. The diff bearings have whined a little ever since I bought the car at 102876 miles and hasn't gotten any worse. I put it down to running firmer dog bone mounts. Selected gears perfectly. Ideal for slinging in an LSD or just a cheap straight swap for a blown box to get you out of trouble. Has the correct EHA code for a vRS and don't seem to come up that often for some reason. Includes reverse light switch, speed sensor, full set of driveshaft bolts, shifter tower and release bearing arm. £125 [SOLD]
