Hi all,

I’m new to briskoda. I own a Octavia (Ellegance model 2012). During the week my fog lights, daytime lights, drivers dimmer light and front right indicator, rear left indicator/brake light and side lights on rear drivers side and fog light... I know it seems loads but they just went all at once, has anybody ever had this problem before and if so is it easy to repair yourself.

@JonKelly30 - Not that exact problem, but one of my neighbours had an issue with the LH DRL strobing, and it was eventually traced to a problem with the CANBUS controls that were supposed to dim it when the headlights were on.

Thanks for the info ken, I’ll have a rut around at it later...

@JonKelly30 - CANBUS issues are computer problems. Rutting about almost certainly won't help (my neighbour's dealer took several shots to get the problem with their's fixed).

Have you checked all the fuses?

Thanks very much, you helped me out big time, I opened up the fuse box and and took out the fuse and there it was, the melted fuse. You have been a great help, much appreciated..
