Skoda Octavia Stalling While Driving

Hello The Masses, I hope i have posted this in the correct area of the group,

 

I have an odd symptom on my 2008 2ltr TDi Skoda Octavia (140bhp BMM engine , 6speed manual 4x4 , travelled 59,170kms)
I can drive for days without an issue, then as i'm slowing to a set of lights or a sharp corner the engine will die. If i am deft enough i can use the momentum of the engine to get it restarted (in gear) and just continue , and if i cant then i am stranded for 30 to 50 mins with no fuel on cranking yet will splutter with starting fluid spray. After X amount of cranks it will eventually get some fuel and splutter into life and away i go again.
This always happens in the most inconvenient and dangerous places.
The symptom is almost like the engine gets starved of fuel or its cut off, then has to bleed itself full again.
I have had VCDS for many years the regular codes it throws is:

00883 - Ignition Switch (D) Terminal S 
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit"

 

I will list the others after this post (sorry its long), but there are no ECU faults recorded.

This 00883 - Ignition Switch issue i know can be common and yes its indeed locked my keys in the car several times locking itself.

 

SO ! my question is, IF the 00883 - Ignition Switch can lock my car at will, can it trigger another relay (ie FUEL or ignition) to turn off while i'm driving and kill the motor ? (Or any other ideas PLEASE !)

 

I'm at my whits end with this now, its been doing this the last 6 years ! ( i have addisons disease so i dont react well to stress now (lack of cortisol) , so want it fixed ) , i have read that some Passat's (maybe BMM engine too) suffer corrosion in the ECU and are hard to trace these similar issues.
As a precaution i have ordered a 2nd hand BMM ECU with is associated Dash display , key , fuse box and with the ignition switch , locks , so can kill a few birds with one stone (price was favorable so i jumped on it), i also have collected a spare Tandem Fuel Pump for it.
The old Turbo Exploded 6 years ago FYI, in case that is important info, but it all runs like a trooper. and i once forced a regen using VCDS as i thought the exhaust was blocked, but all good there too i feel.

 

 I once had to be flat bedded off a very busy road outside the hospital i had an appointment at when it cut out.
The car was moved to a side street and 2 too 3 hours later after my hospital appointment the car fired right up as though nothing had ever happened O.o .

 

Today i cut a few new fuel lines using Clear reinforced fuel hose, so i can see fuel flowing, no bubbles etc .

Just to add, the 00438 - Fuel Supply Sensor 2 (G169) fault is probably as the car is a 4x4, a drive shaft divides the fuel tank in half, its meant to self level using a sender on the left side of the car, its always been problematic since new, so i unplugged it to get a reliable fuel level reading so i dont run out of fuel.
