Both for 200 / 2007 tax years.

So if i'm understanding this correctly i'd have to pay an extra £400 or so in tax a year for an Audi badge??

I guess looking at all this im lucky i have my vrs estate as my company car we have the kinnda same thing basicly have any car u want as long as its not a bmw or merc which is ideal really!!!! this is where all the nhs money goes!!!!

Go for the Audi.Not exactly basic even in bottom spec.Lovely car:)

A friend's company allow them to choose from the whole of the 'VW'group cars.Guess who is the only man with a fully loaded Skoda Superb sitting next to a selection of low rent/pretty badge cars:thumbup:

After having driven an A4 and a Mondeo, I'd go for the X-type every time Spec is much better in the Jag too!

It's been decided we're all getting Audi's. The general manager has ordered his and Wearside Audi have loaned him a:

Audi A4 S-Line Quattro 2.0T in bright red! 06 Reg, full leather. TBH I wouldn't want to give that back and drive away in a 1.9 TDI SE :(

Take the A4. No, it won't have all the toys your Octy has, but at least it will drive the same, which of course is the most important thing !

Yep, the General Manager went out and test drove all of the cars on the list and came to the conclusion that the BMW 320d was the best of the bunch.

Still went for the Audi in the end, reckoned he couldn't live with the BMW mid management cliché (sp?). Which suits me as the Audi would have been my choice too.

A pic of the above mentioned loan Audi. Drove about in it for about half an hour today, it's a car so many leagues above my Skoda it's unbelievable. Even though the road was slightly damp there was no wheelspin at all and it just gripped and gripped round round-a-bouts (In fact I went round a few about three times)

I'm wondering if I can do without food, clothing and shelter to get one of these.
