2017 superb suspension awful bangs over all road surfaces and when 5 people in car it's.like jelly on a plate and back end very low

it sounds from the sagging that the springs are either faulty or incorrect.

 

however how much sag is there at the rear as a fully loaded car will dip at the rear a bit.

 

if it’s hard but not stoping moving up and down check the dampers for leaks.

 

finally make sure the bump stops are present, although I wouldn’t expect a loaded car to be sitting on them unless something is not right.

When I did research before buying mine, I saw lots of posts where people found the bumper stops (which are usually taken out in the pre-delivery checks) were still in.

Bump stops and delivery suspension chocks are different things.

 

the latter are missed at psi from time to time. The former should be there.
