Just out of interest, why did you not get on with your Kodiak?

Main reason was the wife deciding her knee pain had got to the point she couldn't drive a manual anymore (about 2 weeks after delivery,  grrr) . And a silly reason for me was that the door handle sill was about 6inches too low to get my elbow on for a long drive down to Cornwall :-(. It's now become my first check for new car testing :-)
