High beam activation

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have the intelligent light assisstant, so the car turns on by itself the low beams as soon as it gets dark. But will it also turn on the high beams? Provided there are no streetlights and other cars coming.

I drove it the other night on a twisty road, complete darkness with no other cars around and the car kept on the low beams only. Is there another setting that i need to turn on? The light assisstant is already on "auto".

Thanks.

Turn ON the main beam and the headlights will automatically switch to low beam once oncoming traffic is detected. B)

Do you have the optional extra of "auto light assist"

It explains the operation on Page 71 of the online Manual

Yes, I have the auto light assist.

And thanks, I got it. Will test it out later.

Just push the left stalk forward when activated in the settings and the headlamp icon (headlamp with an A in the middle) appears on your dash so you know its activated
