vRS - BEST GADJETS AND THINGS

Featured Replies

I went to the skoda dealership last Sunday! They did not have a Fabia vRS that I was able to test drive, but I have put myself on the list when they do.

I am deffinatly going to get one. I was just wondering what do I want from the factory fitted opptional equipment

I was thinking xenons would be nice, and cruise control. Is the SatNav/autochanger worth the extra

Are you set on a new one?

Red,ESP, Xenons, Cruise Control, Switchable Airbags, Side Airbags.

That's your lot.!

Alright , Silver or Black!.

Keep your residuals, enjoy your car!

Also try re-map, Miltek exhaust, Cupra air intake, Green filter, Strut brace, Rear ARB, Eibachs, 312mm Brakes. !!!!

Just buy the car, stop drinking, smoking, eating, leave home, and come and live with Postman Pat and me and our kids !! :D

When you say switchable airbags, do you mean being able to turn the passenger airbag off for baby seats?

I am not set on buying new, but I have never seen a second hand one for sale

Ooooh No....

Horse isn't bad , cooked properly, and snake tastes like chicken, and worms taste of soy sauce (don't ask )

But Ssangyong is Sh!T however you cook it!

Horse sir, I hope your talking about the animal!

If you can get ESP go fo it. Saw how it worked on top gear some time ago, basically on motorway in rain sudden move to avoid acident and with ESP on worried, with out???

They should it working on snow / ice along with traction control, might find a write up of it on there web site? Umm just thinking might have been 5th gear??

Anyhow try simpson skoda if you go for it, was quoted

ESP is worth its weight in gold let alone £400, get it for sure. just ask any insurance company, they reccon it can save 30% of fatal accidents......

ESP is worth its weight in gold let alone

i dont think so I asked my insurance company. tbh i dont think they knew what it was. in theory it should reduce cost like ABS does! but you will have to askyour ins. company.

my theory on esp is that it has been proven to save your life/car's life. it is definitly worth £400 as it can save you and your passengers life. that is fact!

If buying new I would go for ESP over Xenons any day. Doesn't look as cool obviously but I don't think the Xenons are as good as people make out considering you can buy uprated bulbs for under 30 quid for normal lights.

Buy aftermarket sat-nav if you must have it. You'll never get much of a return on the factory kit.

And lastly - there is a silver Fabia vRS for sale in Exmouth in a small dealership, I've mentioned it before, and it would be worth looking at this before deciding on a new one. At least you would get to have a test drive without commiting to buy anything.

Edit to that: I might put mine up for sale at the right price....
