Hi. just purchased a new Octavia 1.6 diesel  the SE L, still learning all the infotainment bits. one thing... n/s/r fog light.. i need cam.log to activate it . Is that something I go to the dealer for? I actually bought from forces carsdirect on line...

A warm welcome to the Forum!   Have you checked the fog light with engine on and lights switched on to fog?

i understand it may disrupt the stop lights so im ok with that

 

I believe most cars are fitted with one rear foglight but it seems it is permissible to have two.  Not sure if your car has two fitted but if so, the second will need either connecting or, as you first mentioned, setting up.  Give the dealer a call.
