Oh dear, Results have gone a bit downhill.

My excuse is both machines are working on big units and haven't scored for 3 days.

Seems the team has gone a little below average in the last few days. Anyone been experiencing mega problems with it. We're all here to help one another with techie issues with folding @ home.

Actually its probably just the same for everyone else - crappy work units being handed out. It seems most people are getting below average at the moment in the league around us. :)

I've had one or two machines' hard drives blow up, so am down a few

You're still well over 2k a day though - About 17-20% of the team's total.

I'm still chugging away with a few machines :D

Steve

I think its the small scoring WU's. I am still chugging the same number of them, just not scoring as much.

Colin seems to suffering badly, his average is now quiet low, and the gap between me and him is widening even faster.

What we really need is new members to get the average back up, and new members who are prepared to stick at it, all contributions are welcomed no matter how small.

Yup... ive had to trim down the hardware i have it running on, as were slap bang in the middle of major upgrades, and machines that never really get looked at are getting attention. :o

That's good in the long run though, right? ;)

Well, I've now added my laptop to my group, so I've got three machines going now.

A Dell 610 gets a bit hot when you run the CPU at 100% all the time!

I've found running the service at 80% is better on older machines. :) Not losing much of the performance but reliability appears better.

had a couple of broadband hiccups over the weekend that meant a couple of WUs got delayed transmitting results and it couldn't get the next ones..... means my average has dropped a bit but hopefully it'll get better now!

Think we should still hit 3 million points within the next week tho??
