Karoq Sportline & Scout prices and equipment announced in Luxembourg price list

Featured Replies

Skoda Luxembourg have released prices and details of new Karoq Sportline and Karoq Scout models.

Interesting also the references to a 1.5 TSI 110KW (150PS) 4x4 DSG and a 2.0 Tdi 140KW (190PS) 4x4 DSG.

C'mon SUK 'tis time you announce exactly what's to be available in the UK together with prices, and allow dealers to accept and process orders!

There doesn’t appear to be a price for the 1.5 4x4. The model is enevitable and will hopefully be avaible to order before the end of the year.

Skoda / VW probably refer to them internally as the Maybia spec.

Customers maybe will get them sometime and maybe they will just have to wait.

Someone posted a seemingly official Skoda timeline, according to which production of 1,5 TSI 110 kW 4x4 DSG 7st. is to start Week48.

Such models are usually available from the dealer "Norfolk and Chance".

Don't just read it, say it and you'll get the message.

Wonderful. That works with my timings and I look forward to choosing between a 1.5TSI 4x4 Karoq, Karoq Scout or Sportline when it's time for me to order. The independent rear suspension of a 4x4 model is another big bonus for me as my local roads are bad. Hopefully by then demand for the Karoq has been satiated enough for discount to reach 15-20%. An inevitable 3rd Skoda SUV and the Q3 should help too.

31.07.2018 Optimally prepared for off-road use: the ŠKODA KAROQ SCOUT

  • Newest member of the SCOUT family with four-wheel drive as standard
  • Three efficient and environmentally friendly engines, 7-speed DSG or manual 6-speed transmission
  • World premiere at the Paris Motor Show 2018 in October

Mladá Boleslav - ŠKODA expands ŠKODA KAROQ's range of models: with the new KAROQ SCOUT, the Czech car manufacturer will present an even more robust model variant of the popular compact SUV at the Paris Motor Show 2018 in October. Like all ŠKODA SCOUT models, the KAROQ SCOUT comes as standard with four-wheel drive in addition to the typical off-road look.

The ŠKODA KAROQ feels equally at home in the big city and off the beaten track. With its numerous model variants, it meets the needs of every customer - from the young family to the outdoor fan. Like the OCTAVIA SCOUT and the KODIAQ SCOUT, the newest member of the SCOUT family also offers standard four-wheel drive. In addition, robust design accents clearly emphasize its optimized off-road potential. With the bad road package, the ŠKODA KAROQ SCOUT is also well prepared for demanding trips beyond paved roads.

Efficient, high-torque engines and all-wheel drive

ŠKODA offers three efficient and environmentally friendly engines for the KAROQ SCOUT - which is the only variant of the all-wheel drive compact SUV available. In addition to a 1.5 TSI petrol engine with 110 kW (150 hp) * in combination with a 7-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG), two diesel engines are also available. The 2.0 TDI with 110 kW (150 hp) * comes as standard with a manual 6-speed transmission, and a 7-speed DSG is available as an option. In the most powerful ŠKODA KAROQ SCOUT, the 2.0 TDI delivers 140 kW (190 hp) * and is coupled as standard with a 7-speed DSG.

Robust elements emphasize the off-road character

With its chrome and silver-colored bodywork applications, distinctive wheel arch linings and polished 18-inch 'Braga' light-alloy wheels in anthracite, the ŠKODA KAROQ SCOUT underlines its robust appearance. As an option ŠKODA also offers the anthracite-colored 19-inch 'Crater' alloy wheels. Tinted windows and SCOUT badges on the front fenders further emphasize the powerful appearance. In the interior, the seats are striking with new covers and black-brown contrasting seams. With the exception of the VarioFlex rear seats, all seats have an embroidered SCOUT logo. The multifunction leather steering wheel, the pedals with stainless steel applications and the LED package with ambient lighting complete the extensive standard equipment.

Virtual cockpit and other smart features

Optionally, the driver can individually configure the Virtual Cockpit in the ŠKODA KAROQ SCOUT according to his needs, the driving mode selection offers an off-road setting. Upon request, the LTE module and Wi-Fi hotspot are available, making ŠKODA KAROQ passengers 'always online'.

Typical ŠKODA are numerous Simply Clever ideas and storage options. The optional electric tailgate with tip-to-close function opens and closes at the push of a button or after a slight pull on the open flap. On request, the comfort opening under the rear bumper allows the tailgate to be opened by a light foot swivel. ŠKODA offers a variable loading floor for the boot. Luggage nets on the front seats and center console make everyday life easier, as do a compartment for small change and parking cards on the driver's side or a holder for multimedia devices.

The specified consumption and emission values were determined according to the legally prescribed measurement procedures. Since 1 September 2017, certain new cars have already been type-approved under the globally harmonized Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP), a more realistic test method for measuring fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. From 1 September 2018, the WLTP will replace the new European Driving Cycle (NEDC). Because of the more realistic test conditions, the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions measured by the WLTP are in many cases higher than those measured by the NEDC. Further information on the differences between WLTP and NEDC can be found at www.skoda-auto.com/wltp .

Currently, NEDC values are still required to be communicated. As far as new cars are concerned, which are type-approved according to WLTP, the NEDC values are derived from the WLTP values. The additional disclosure of the WLTP values can be voluntary until their mandatory use. Insofar as the NEDC values are stated as margins, they do not refer to a single, individual vehicle and are not part of the offer. They serve only for comparison purposes between the different vehicle types. Additional equipment and accessories (attachment parts, tire format, etc.) can be used to determine relevant vehicle parameters, such as vehicle parameters. B. weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics and in addition to weather and traffic conditions and individual driving behavior, fuel consumption, power consumption,

* Consumption according to Regulation (EC) No 715/2007; CO2 emissions and CO2 efficiency according to Directive 1999/94 / EC. Further information on official fuel consumption and the official specific CO2 emissions of new passenger cars can be found in the "Guide to Fuel Consumption, CO2 Emissions and Electricity Consumption of New Passenger Cars", which is available at all sales outlets and DAT Deutsche Automobil Treuhand GmbH, Hellmuth -Hirth-Str. 1, 73760 Ostfildern-Scharnhausen ( www.dat.de ), is available free of charge.

KAROQ SCOUT 2.0 TDI 4x4 110 kW (150 hp) Consumption data on official city, off-site and combined fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are currently not available as the vehicle is not yet on sale and therefore not in the 1999 Directive / 94 EC.

KAROQ SCOUT 2.0 TDI 4x4 DSG 110 kW (150 hp) Consumption data on official city, off-site and combined fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are not yet available as the vehicle is not yet on sale and therefore not in compliance with the Directive 1999/94 EC.

I only hope this doesn't preclude the launch of the "civilian" version of 1,5 TSI 4x4 DSG.

Kodiaq offers 4x4 in both versions.

'Optimally prepared for off-road use'.

is that lost in translation as to 'offroad' & what going off road or off piste is, or do they have detachable chins?

It's a pretty big chin - don't think I'd want to take a punch on it!

Lovely wood trim on the door panels, very 70's :D

The Sportline will look amazing in meteor grey and the below alloys. Big love for the digital speedometer. Make it a 1.5TSI 4x4 and I won’t even consider another car.
