I hope someone can help me with this v annoying problem. Both the digital displays on the instrument cluster on our 1.6lx (1999 T plate) Octavia have a mind of there own. The clock changes either the hours or minutes on its own. They continually count up and the right hand display changes between trip reading and service alert as and when it feels like it!! It is not possible to either set the clock or reset the trip with the stalks.

In saying all this the odometer reading is correct and continues to work.
