My 26 mile commute takes me between 35 to 48 minutes depending on whether the quarry train is leaving or entering the quarry. Thank God for stop/start as it's the slowest moving train in the UK!

That would drive me up the wall! Oh and my 37 mile commute takes 45 mins. Does that mean I "win"?

I once did the first 17 miles from work in 15 minutes at an average of 68MPH but I was too busy having fun to take a picture!

Two things come straightforward to me from your pictures: dusting seems really detrimental to fuel consumption and the same for lower speeds, LOL

Hmmm you may be onto something there! In the name of research I will try no dusting and driving faster for a while.... And see the results!

Unfortunately this didn't match test results.... But longer distances helps with the consumption figures... Couldn't get more dusty today I'm afraid

 Good for your pocket! My screen is way dustier but my consumption is much worse than yours

Average 51 mph and others higher. Itake it it was a throttle feathering cruise along a quiet dual carriageway? Same for all the high mpg posts on here.... I had a 184 diesel on loan and driving it on same speeds and  journeys as my VRS PFL 230 it averaged about 47 mpg roughly 7-8 more than my VRS
