Hi all. I'm new here and considering buying a new 1.0 TSI SE Technology. 

Fantastic kit for the price. Plenty of punch from the 1.0 unit too. 

 

My question is if I wanted to change the standard alloys (16 inch) could I fit VW Golf MK VII alloys? Would they be a direct fit?  Pics for reference

Just to add, the alloys in question are 17inch madrid alloys. 

Looking at this site: https://www.wheel-size.com/ it looks to me like the Octavia and Golf have the identical spec for alloys: 7J 17" ET49, 5x112, 57.1 centre bore

Any chance these would fit on a 2010 1.9 TDI PD Octavia?
