I need to get a nearside headlight for my superb. I have looked on the famous auction site and have not found any second hand, only a seems to be non genuine units that I don't want. Might be a trip to the main dealer but I cant bare to think how much that will be!?

 

So does anyone have (or know anyone that might) a genuine good condition nearside headlight that I could buy? Oh MK2 Superb estate SE 1.8TSI (2011)  

 

Or has anyone fitted a non genuine headlight? Are they any good? The lights pictured on ebay didn't have "superb" written on the chrome bit so it wouldn't match the other side.

You could try one of the online sites that links up all the car breakers. You tell them what you need and anyone that has some headlights from a Superb 2 they are breaking will send you quotes.

Think I will give that a go. I did have a bad experience with one of those websites a few years ago so have been avoiding them. But when needs must ay!

I second the above. There is bound to be a breaker nearby who specialises in VAG vehicles.
