Classic con, and I can't see an option to report the auction to Ebay. All the users in the feedback are no longer registered from what I can see.

The user has now been NARU'ed. I have seen lots of auctions recently from China and I wouldn't touch them with someone else's bargepole. The big giveaway is if they don't accept PayPal.
