Exhaust inspection system light is on until engine starts

Hello!

I am the Octavia (77kw) owner for the first time and I bought is as a used car. Before I bought this car, it stays in a garage more than a month and engine never started on. However, when I bought a car, the Exhaust inspection system light turned on and after several miles it turned off. The diagnostic reports the code:

18825 - Coolant Pump for Intercooler
P190E 00 [104] - Supply Voltage

Now, the exhaust inspection system light is shown only till the moment I start the engine and it never turn on during the drive. What could it mean?
