When I start the car (lights in Auto) I get the dreaded bong then a message in maxidot to say 'no corner lights (AFS) - see manual' or words to that effect. I did get this once before about a year ago but it went after about 48 hours but this has gone on for about a week now. I have checked all the bulbs and the fog lights go on when cornering.

 

Any ideas?

Could be any one of several things. A scan with VCDS would be a good next step to see what the controller is detecting as a fault.
