Hi guys. Iv bought a 2.0tfsi vrs. I have a 3 month warranty on the car. The car makes a noise when pulling away in 1st gear and in reverse. The garage has taken the car back and have said that they cant hear anything and are refusing to fix it. I have done alot of digging and i am 100 sure its the dreaded flywheel squeal. My local garage confirms this aswell. Is there any other way to prove to the garage that i bought the car from that it is the flywheel?? Any help would be appreciated.

Just a thought but have you taken someone from the garage out in the car so you can create the noise for them to hear? 

I have actually recorded a video and sent it to the garage. But there still not budging. Saying its not the flywheel. 

mine does the same at 44000 miles.... I think I will leave it and change clutch and flywheel when it gets worse, anyway I need an upgraded one car its stage 2, 285bhp
