Lost an item after fuel nozzle repair, can 't remember which

Featured Replies

Hi,

Regarding this car:

SKODA OCTAVIA (1Z3) 2.0 FSI 2006
TMBBD61ZX62195390
Engine: BLR

I changed fuel nozzle order in order to troubleshoot some faults, this was done roughly six weeks ago and now it seems I am missing something, i.e I don't know where to plug vacuum hose from brake booster / cylinder. According to my undestanding it should go to vacuum pump, right? But where would that be? I mean the red arrow in the picture. Also, it would be great to know what goes to "plug" on side of air filter box, marked with yellow arrow? If you look at the two last pictures, the last one with air filter box removed there is nowhere to plug these hoses.

Where is vacuum pump? Or is the vacuum from air filter box enough to feed power brakes? So I would just need hose connecting air filter box and vacuum hose? How can I find the part number as dealer wasn't able to figure this out. In case there should be electrical vacuum pump it should have electric plug but there is none.

I went today to two Skoda service companies and they were unable to tell me what is missing / wrong. :(

They were certain hose should be plugged to intake manifold.

Nevermind, got this figured out. It's attached, actually seen in the lowest picture, bent under intake manifold. I feel extremely stupid, need some beer now.
