Found the nearside plastic adjustable/fixing bracket on the top of the headlight is broken. I believe I must take off the front bumper to remove the headlight for repair/replacement. A 2013 post here has a link for bumper removal that no longer works.

Can anyone help, particularly about the safe disconnection from the wings and bumper.

Any other advice would be appreciated
