2016 VRS 230 Wing Mirror Glass

Can anyone help me please. Seems so simple but turned into a headache. A bird hit the nearside wing mirror, the glass jumped out and broke against side window...  What a cheap tacky way of fixing but thats another story. I can find many but none of them seem to offer a good enough description. I contacted the local Skoda Parts department and firstly they don't stock them (unbelievable) and have to come from the factory in a week or so and secondly the price was extortionate not far short off £300 ! They range between £6 and £45 on-line. Mine are heated and dimming and the replacement must match the original, it's leased. Has anyone purchased one and if so which one and where from?
