Thats proably the most accurate of the photoshops, and also the best one thankfully!

as long as it has a high output tdi engine again i want another. ill even become a good devout catholic if god can make it look hot.........with a decent sound system too start with, and standard leather,

leather imo will be an option on the higher end versions. the stereo will probably be similar to that of the polo.

Trust me, the car is a straight rip from swift (and I mean literally) only the front mask and wheels are from skoda, tail lights are from beemer 1-series (maybe not intentionally). Check some suzuki ads if you don't believe me ;) I think we have to wait for official photos to get some idea how it will really look like, skoda have kept their secrets very well..

I think we can be fairly sure the black spy photos are genuine though and on that basis the blue car mentioned must be the closest. It'll be aggeessss before we see some proper photos!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages:O

From a Czech forum. Perhaps all photoshop or is the first one not?

I know that these are only sketches, but first piccy looks like it's definitely: got the ar*e of a Polo, but it also looks compact enough to be a Lancia Ypsilon?

The picture you showed, Fish, looks like a photoshop based on the Roomster launch photo.

Good job it's not real, I don't like it :(

Definitely looks like the Toyota Corolla to me! Still a nice looking car though.

Sorry, I can't take any credit for the photo (see previous threads by Gula Faran).

Nor would I want to - it's horrid!:thumbdwn:

If they put the 2.0l fsi turbo in it i'll buy it.:D

Chris - there is an earlier thread with a link to the Czec site, listing the engines going in the new RS furby, It looks very much like the 1.4TSi 170BHP pertol is going in.

The Roomster is getting the 105BHP 1.9 PD engine, switching to the 1.6 105 BHP VW common rail in 2009.

The 1.4 TSi sounds about right if when they switch to a new platform (again, the car will get slightly bigger), the same will happen for polo in 2007-2008 (saw some pre-info on a german magazine) so I bet this will take awhile. Fabia already made a facelift so I doubt we see another major changes on this platform anytime soon.

Your old combi is much better Leon, and they call this progress!

I still have high hopes for the hatch though, its the back end of the combi in those spy shots which is all wrong.

mind you the new 207 isnt much prittyer thats an awful car too! ahh car design sucks lately new civic looks like an upside down skip, its alll boooring or ugly.... stupid safety regs and cr@p:mad:

I think they're having to make the front of cars 'bigger' due to pedestrian safety regs. Saw a new Clio from the side yesterday, at the highest part the bonnet must be 4ft up in the air!

The Fabia Combi spy shots are in Auto Express today and they seem to like it. Theres one new shot from the side on and it looks a bit better there.

Autoexpress reckon it might get the 2.0 TDI for a new vRS, but I think they're just speculating.
