Anyone please help me if possible.

I have an Octavia II. (2006), and I have problem with the internal heating system.

It is blows only half warm air and only to the front glass on the cockpit top.

From All others hole come out cold air

. The water is running round well in the system.

I think it is just any electronic problem but I don't know where.

If anyone knows, please help me.

You could try pressing both ECON and lower left of the 4 distribution buttons (below recirculation) with the engine running.

 

This will cycle the HVAC distribution valves, taking a few seconds and may help.

 

Without a proper scan it would be wrong to say you have malfunctioning valves and to strip the dash.
