side impact switch/airbag light

hey, 

so i have finally managed to fix my deadlocked door lock, but whilst doing so i had to remove the side impact sensor/switch. i wasnt quite paying full attention but i think this was the moment the air bag light came on. i have an ebay special problem reader thing but that wont reset the light. am i right in thinking thats all it needs, someone with vcds to reset it as i have put it back together now. consequently it failed the mot on that today
