Evening,

 

Went to my mates VR room (fantastic way to play games, it's his business) and heater working

 

Few hours later, and no heater and its not illuminated. The 12v (ciggi lighter) works so guess its not on the same fuse line.

 

Fuse?

 

Relay?

 

New unit?

Checked all fuses and all ok

 

Could the resistor be the cause? 

 

Would that also mean no illumination of the panel?

 

Does the heater have a different fuse in the back of the panel or just the one in the fuse box at the door?

 

So before i go and drop £75 at ecp for a heater motor, could it be anything else?

 

My concern is that its not got any illumination at the panel or is that just because the fan isnt working?

 

If I remove the fan from the car, how do I get that its not working/working?

 

Simple wire test on the battery?

I was mistaken, it was blowing fuse F5 (7.5amp) Heated Seats, Sunroof, Reading Light, Multifunction Switch

 

Quick ask and it may be the Oil Level Sensor and or wiring to it?

 

 

I didn't know that the oil sensor (in sump) was on the same fuse line as the a/c, hence it taking out the fuse.
