Also going for some event in Somerset afterwards called something like "Street Nights" - Should be good - they've got a dragstrip laid out and everything.

Jase - I will be there with the saxo, intend to have 3 or 4 sessions.

Its a good day out for trackday virgins it only costs £30 to have a 5 lap session, that way people don't have to pay £99+ to see what a trackdays all about.

Its also used by some major tuning companys for testing i.e Norris Designs, RC developments, various rally and race cars etc

100 decibel noise limit.... Somehow I think I don't need to worry

At 3/4 revs, 1/2 a metre from the exhaust it will do bugger all. Now on track on 100% WOT, it might be a bit noisier.....

Well just got back from the track day, real good day, nice to see Jason’s car giving it some.

Some nice driving to be seen, personal favourites were a totally stock (inc. Tow bar) BMW 530i and Merc 500SL give it some sideways beans around the corners.

A raced up Omega attempting some drifting on the last corner,on every lap .

Don’t know if anyone else saw a red 205 spinning on the last corner. Unfortunately the MGB V8 just behind it had nowhere to go and collected some driver side wing and door action.

Jason – I did see you filming ncarrings?* 928 on your camcorder, didn’t want to bother your footage so I walked on by, plus my dad was with me and he wanted a cup of tea :p

Also saw a Saxo Vts in Red with Sunroof going round, and if I remember rightly that’s some ones off here?

Oh yeah got to love the Focus RS overcooking it on the chicane and taking out some of those flexi pillars, made the rest of that session nice a dusty for the BMW and Merc.

Oh yeah lastly, saw a 52plate Octy vRS in Silver, with some green strips along the doors and sporting some Scottish and English flag stickers in the rear window, is that anyone off here?
