Incorrect Order

I picked up my Karoq just over a week ago, I really like the car.

When I picked it up a couple of things were missing off the order, scuff plates - they were on the order but not fitted, and the personalisation of drive mode which was omitted from the order (I only found it was omitted off the order today), I have been informed this can only fitted at the build stage.

 

I am in conversation with the dealer but I am unsure of what my rights are, any help would be greatly received

It’s not what you ordered reject it then.

What is specified on your order form?

 

orders can sometimes go wrong. Incorrect orders I would suggest are more common. 

 

A colleague of mine’s mother in law sat in her new A Class in the handover bay. She asked the salesman one simple question “why has it got three pedals?”  She drove home in the automatic demonstrator.........

They were listed on the order form when the order was placed , the personalisation was on the supplementary order and there’s lies the problem ....
