Rear Spoiler Wrap Sportline estate

Featured Replies

Hey,

Just joined the forum after taking delivery of a 2018 280 TSI 4x4 Sportline estate in silver. Great car so far. Only issue i have is the comfort of the drivers seat. My ass is numb on long drives. Anyway I was thinking of having the rear spoiler wrapped in black to match the roof rails and mirrors. Anyone else done this?

Nice 280; silver really suits the lines of the estate. Shame you don’t see many of them.

Nice car... (almost) snap!  Black spoiler might look awesome, but also might look like an unpainted part :) if the wrap is reasonably cheap and easily reversible then go for it (and post pictures!) so we can see what it looks like without us spending our money  :-)

On the seat front, persevere with adjusting it. I struggled with mine a bit for the first 7-800 miles until I hit the sweet spot adjustment and now I would regard it as the most comfy seat I've had in a car. I think its so adjustable that it takes a lot of fiddling to get it right. Tipping the seat pad forward and raising it a little is what cracked it for me, but I'm probably not the same shape as you so, of course, YMMV

Just realised that this estate has a spoiler/roof wrap:

Nice find. Looks good. Might give it a try. Will always look better on that white /black colour set up though. Might look more like a halfords car crash on mine. Its a wrap so it can be removed.
