Boot tray

Featured Replies

Hey guys- so we're about to pick up the new addition to the family, a 2013 Yeti TSI.

We're looking for a boot liner first and foremost, could anyone recommend a specific one? Must be able to cope with a bit of moisture now and again ( used for Forestry)

Cheers

The approved Skoda one is excellent.

Thanks for that recommendation. I bought a Yeti today and wanted something to protect my boot from muddy boots. That’d looks perfect. Ordered :)

Whilst more expensive, the genuine Skoda boot mats are very good.

A lot of the non-genuine eBay mats serve their purpose but they tend to be plastic rather than rubber, which means their edges can be rough, they deform more easily and some of the very cheap ones emit a really strong chemical smell, especially in the summer.

If protecting the boot is your main concern they can be fine. The rubber ones are grippy though too, which helps stop items sliding about around corners.

With boot mats as Silver1011 said lots are soft plastic, whilst preventing the carpet getting marked they are pretty useful in launching items around the boot as they provide zero grip.

OEM ones are usually the best but have a search for ProLine on eBay. They come from Poland and without doubt the best I’ve used, proper rubber, perfect fit and a bonus that they’re about half the price of OEM.

Search done for you

That pro line one looks good but I've already gone for the cheaper one suggested earlier. The yeti will be full of gear nearly all of the time with little room for things to move around anyway. It's literally a carpet protector were after.

Thanks again for all your input folks ;)
