I want to find out the current status of my new Karoq which is on order.

Sorry if this sounds daft but I used the live chat service last weekend and now I cant find the link on the skoda website! you would think it would be under the contact us page but its not there.

I could send them a email but they wont reply until after the weekend.

Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Seems a bit hit and miss, sometimes the little box appears, other days it doesn't.

 

All a bit random, which pretty much sums up Skoda UK customer services...
