After some advice please, I have an Octavia vrs mk2, 2010, diesel. Had a new fuel system from the HPFP, new injectors etc, have now had a new lambda sensor and am still getting an issue at slow speeds, feels like it's either over fuel or struggling. Had my mechanic do all the work and he is starting scratch his head. Contemplating taking it to Skoda.

Some help and advice would be appreciated as loosing hope and I live the car.

If you don't have it, it may be worth buying VCDS. There may be some codes registering that aren't bad enough to pop a light on the dash but might shed some light on why something isn't happy. Have you checked all the pipes under the bonnet for splits or leaks?

 

Thanks for the advice Papfox. Spoke to my mechanic and he said his system is as advanced as what your quote says. Still not sure on next plan of action though. 

Bit of an update. Have had a new lambda sensor and now the car seems to be running nicely, the only issue now is that my MPG seems to be really poor about 40-45 mpg for my diesel vrs. When I first got the car was getting mid to high 50's.

Was thinking either Skoda to get the to check all system running right or independent runner to check the same. Advice please would help.
