Seat

Featured Replies

The drivers seat on my 2010 vrs diesel seems to have sagged on the lower base. Is seat wear a known fault with this model ?

It's not a common issue the driver's seat wear.

But everyone's every-day-to-life wear is a personal way of 'wear' and could depend  on others causes...

I.e. I've seen cars with 100 K and the seat's wear was bad as the driver was...'hanging' to his seat to get in and out of car.

I've seen others who were scratching the side fabric of the seat in order to make their bodies sit appropriately.

I've seen fat people....and it was for laughs...

So you can get some ideas what's happening with anyone's 'tastes'.

So there is no known fault with these. However my base foam is deferentially worn and ive priced a new one at under a £100. Job for the better weather ?

Not sure what are the prices for fixing seats issues....Well depends also on what procedure and what job will be carried out to have it done.
