MK3 Fabia No Bluetooth

Featured Replies

I collected my Fabian today, it has Swing 5 inch touch screen infotainment. but when I press the phone button on the steering wheel it says telephone function not available, and I noticed that the phone button on the radio is replaced with mute. any idea how to install the oem Bluetooth module ?

link to swing manual shows two version one with mute button and one with phone button

There is no module you can add. You have to replace the infotainment unit with the one that has BT already built-in and visit local Skoda dealer to have CP removed.

not applicable as this is for old units, RNS510 / RCD 510 / RNS310 and similar.

Thanks Alot,

I will try to get a second hand unit, but will it work directly or do I have to wire the microphone and the antenna? and will it work with the multi-functional steering wheel ?
