coolant issue with VRS tdi mk3

hi there

gt Octavia vrs 2013 tdi.

problem with coolant being blown out thrugh coolant expation tank.also car shakes a bit when stationary. More when car been driven for 20 min or so vibration is only when stationary 

had that changed as well as water pump. still same.

then people who I bought car from wanted to get  car to their garage. apparently they changed pump again for some reason as well as head gasket. they said cylinder head been testes for cracks and its ok.

unfortunately after picking up car and driving 200 miles this morning tried to start a car and got  warning light of low coolant level.

has anyone got any suggestions what that might be any one here had similar problem?  Cylinder head or cylinder liners ?
