No Ringtone on Columbus

I have tried to search and had no joy. My Android (OnePlus 5) works perfectly with the Columbus. Except, when I receive a call. Handset doesn't ring and neither does Columbus. All I get is a blue bar at the top of the screen on the Columbus with the name of the caller and the option to accept or decline. But no sounds from anything. I've been through the sound menu and nothing obvious there. 

 

Any suggestions please?

Same here on latest Bolero, a Octy MkIII, and a 6T... I guess Oneplus is to blame. This is the first and last Oneplus for me...

Thats a shame as it's. Lovely phone. I've had them since OnePlus 1. Now have oneolus5. I thought it's with the head unit. I connect through cable, so not sure if that's an issue. 

 

I'll try just Bluetooth only and I'll also try another different handset to narrow down the issue.

Even if you have it plugged into the USB cable, the phone connection is via Bluetooth unless using Android Auto surely?

Yep, definitely using Android Auto all the time. Is that what the issue is? Surely not?
