Glasgow detailer required.

Featured Replies

Hi all, My Dad has just picked up a new car (not a Skoda which we have had words about :D) he is interested in a new car detail, can anyone recommend a company close to Glasgow?

Is he looking at just a thorough clean, or having a ceramic coating applied.

Have a Google for GTechniq Ceramic Coating, if it floats your boat these guys are based in Bellshill;

If just a deep clean you may want to ask around locally or have a look on Detailing World.

Hi @Fin69 I dont think he wants to go to the expense of a a ceramic coating, he is just looking to have the car paint prepped and waxed to make it easier for him to maintain it going forward,

When I was up at the weekend he was impressed by the shine on My 8 year old Octavia compared to his brand new Ford and I explained that when I bought it 2 years ago I had the paint corrected professionally then sealed and waxed and then I have kept on top of it.

His car had only been cleaned by the dealership prior to delivery and I could already see swirls in the paint,

Gordon Muir at Defined Details would absolutely be my only recommendation in that area. One of the finest you’ll find anywhere :)
