Is it possible to reprogram the boot opening, when you press the button on the key, the whole door opens, not just the small part as factory did it...

The gas struts in hatchback mode aren't strong enough to lift the boot to the fully open position.

 

Or are you just wanting to unlatch the lock? If so you'd still need a free hand to lift the boot lid to a point the gas struts take over.

Yes, just unlatch, I think the same situation is in mk3 if it doesnt have power lifting. Jus for safety reasons if you are maybe stuck inside, you cant get out via regular doors and the only way out is via back door....
