Hi all, new to the forum. Just picked up a new octavia and am trying to get Skoda Connect activated. I am getting various errors. 

 

Skoda connect registration unsuccessful and Skoda Connect unable to reach server. 

 

Has anyone had similar issues. If so do you have a fix. Or is it back to the garage for them to fix?

I have skoda connect registration issues. Had connection for the first day when the sales guy set it up using my mobile phone WLAN. The following day i deleted the salesmans phone from system as it kept searching for his phone to connect via bluetooth ( was an ex demo car) then the Skoda Connect no longer worked, tried all the usual stuff. Factory reset, delete car from portal, deleted App, delete user account. set up new user, re-registered car, got new registration codes and still no joy. Tried different WLAN options (sim cards, mobile phones, home hub etc. Also contacted Skoda support, they suggested everything I have already tried. They said they will escalate (what ever that means) and haven't heard from them since, they said they would escalate (5 days ago). Maybe I am being impatient. Very frustrating 😡
