Interesting one today. Put car in reverse and looked in nearside mirror for curb. Nowhere to be seen..... It appears that the mirror has moved down but only a bit. Nowhere near as much as it usually does.

 

Turned car off and on. Tried other memories but it still did the same.

 

Anyone else had this ?

Maybe its just lost its memory. Try reset it to where you like it. I cant remember off the top of my head how you do it exactly, i think u have the mirror switch in left position and when in reverse set it to where u want it and it should remember....

Didn’t try to reset but did try other programmes. Will have another go in the morning.

Yeah seen that cheers. It’s worked fine for over 3 years and still works now. Just doesn’t move down far enough in the last few days when reversed selected.

 

Ill experiment a bit more with it using other profile / key etc.

 

If no luck cars going into dealer next week for them to look at tailgate so I’ll mention it.

Ok sorted this after having a play today. Turns out that when you engage reverse and the mirror moves down you can then move it into whatever position you want !

 

Next time you select reverse it goes back to the position you selected :-)
