I can't find any info on people that have used them with a stock turbo but they look like they could be a worthwhile upgrade if combined with a tweaked map.

Also does anyone know of a reasonably priced uprated intake manifold and if this is somthing worth changing.

I've never looked indside an inlet mani but I have heard that you can take the internal bits out to increase the air flow.

i've got the ATP manifold as you know eddy hoping to get it fitted soon, will post my before/after vag-com plots but bear in mind that i have a poorly 4x4 turbo on there and will be replacing it with a healthy vRS turbo at the same time

Robdon is running one with K04 prior to upgrade, (on sale at Star this month), results were +12bhp but you'd have to check with Rob, exhaust and the like.

2 more being fitted this week with GT variants. Check SCC.

I've got the ABD intake but no before/after details unfortunately as it went on along with some other bits and pieces. Certainly no complaints though.

Would expect a good increase from this...

well my car isnt even remapped yet and you could feel a difference but i would wait till someone can take logs and test it
