I am trying to get full comprehensive service information for a possible Superb Mk3 Combi purchase. I have been supplied a summary print out from the Skoda ErWin site by the car reseller which lists the dates of services but not the detail. I would like to be able to contact the dealership directly but the dealerships are listed by number only. In my case the dealer number supplied is GB24059C.

 

If anyone can help identify the dealership it would greatly help me in confirming whether the appropriate maintenance has been carried out.

If you call your local Skoda main dealer Service Department and give them the car registration number, they should be able to help with more detail and probably the name or at least the town of the dealer who serviced it. They should also be able to see what was done.

 

They should want to help as they'll want a chance to get your servicing business.

@Papfox Thanks for your advice. I contacted Skoda UK customer service who were very helpful. I followed up and contacted the dealership directly who were also very helpful.

 

So far so good with my new Skoda experience; maybe I will learn to move on from Honda after all!!
