Window problem

Hi does anyone have any thoughts on a current problem I have with drivers side window on mk3 octavia?

The drivers window is stuck open about 3 inches and will not move up or down. The front passenger window will not move from the drivers side control but will from its own button. Jc suggests it might be ice on the anti crush sensors. Exactly where are these located and how do I get to them. Also found a you tube vid on cleaning the switches but this does not show how to remove from the door. Anyone have any pics or info. Thanks in advance.
