In Basingstoke we had quite a big dump of the white stuff (for UK standards) and I tried as carefully as I could to brush off the covering yesterday afternoon. I winced everytime the brush hit the car. 

 

Anyone have a good idea on how to rid the snow off the car other than letting it melt?

I bought a telescopic snow brush / ice scraper from Lidl a few years ago.

Wear a big thick woolly pully and swipe it off with your sleeves.

Finish off by clearing the windows with an ice scraper. 

 

Works a treat and saves on gym membership.
