Advice on bodywork repairs octavia mark 3

Hi,

I'd appreciate some advice on repairs to nsr quarter and bumper, as I've never had to do repairs like this before. The nsr panel is dented and has a deep scratch that has stretched the metal. The bumper has multiple deep scratches.

Is there anything about how the metal should be reshaped and filled? One of the bodyshops I went to talked about vw group cars using spring steel, so needing low heat so as not to reduce metal strength. But no one else thought it needed any specific approach.

Is there anything in the repair that needs the system resetting? Bumper will come off but I wasn't expecting anything other than parking sensors being removed and refitted.

If there is anything else I should think about when deciding who to repair, let me know!
