    Welcome!   This has cropped up previously and is indeed manually "foldable" as standard.  The £210 is for the electrically "folding" mirrors.  Very sneaky.

    AFAIK auto-dip only operates correctly with memory seats (as the memory is also used to hold the mirror position).   I coded auto-dip and found the same as you so I never use it now.
