Hello BriSkoda members.

 

My name is Doug. I live in Scotland and have owned a 2016 Octavia Scout 184 PS DSG since March 2016. I have to say that it's the best car I've ever owned. I suppose I should qualify that by saying that it's the best FAMILY car I've ever owned since the best car I've ever owned was a 2005 Audi TT Quattro Sport 240 PS which was my pride and joy for five years before we had children!

 

Attached is about as artistic an image as I could manage to take of it (Polzeath in Cornwall in 2016).

 

The car is on a personal lease contract and it's due to be replaced by a Kodiaq in the next few months... and that's what I joined to ask advice about.

Yes, the car goes nowhere the sea! Unfortunately it does tend to get a lot of sand in it. Pesky kids.
