Hi guys I'm slowly writing a map for my car to suit my preferences currently at about 130odd hp and will eventually be doing a bigger turbo build, maybe adapt the turbo off the 1.4 tsi by fabbing a new manifold, anyway I will need to log many parameters when doing this I only have an old k line vcds any advice what to get to make logs

you'll need more than just a new manifold.

Yeah I know that, I was just giving a quick intro about what I'll be doing so need to know what cable do I need for vcds to work with my car

 

Is it the same software VCDS but a can cable as the Simos 10.22 doesn't have k line

If you are using a genuine licenced version of VCDS then I’d expect that you have an up to date cable, correct me if I’m wrong.

No I'm using vcds lite with a generic cable
