Yeah it seems like in Norway you could already pre order long time ago. Here is the Norwegian Skoda site where you can reserve one:

Ok you say thousands already preordered, but it will be still faster than to wait when the car will be available in the rest of Europe.

I'm sorry I don't really understand what you mean. 

Basically what i wanted to know if it's at all possible to ask a friend to buy Skoda vision in Norway and bring it down to Switzerland. If yes how much time could you potentially win to do it this way instead of waiting when the car will be available in Switzerland.

Its hard to answer that question without knowing when Skoda Switzerland is starting to deliver.

 

Norway is a high priority carmarket when it comes to electric vehicles so we do get cars faster.
