A warm welcome to the forum !  I have the same type of car and I believe the problem is caused by the anti stall system wanting to help you pull away.  I find,  let it do its job, which is to increase the revs as you let the clutch out.  You will hear the engine speed increase without you touching the accelerator.  The alternative is to use more revs than usual as you pull away.  Have a look at the Octavia posts.  Great pics:thumbup:

Thank you for welcome. I believed thats the problem too, and I tryed all the methods to pull away smoothly without success. Problems is also more expressed if I have to pull away uphill, which is in my case every morning. Yesterday I got answer from Porsche Croatia that possibly the problem is in system which is controlling exhaust gases! Anyway, they say that Skoda has been notified, and they're awaiting sofware update. I am willing to wait a little bit more and see what happens.
